Tejinder Kaur
principal Solicitor
Tejinder is the Principal Solicitor and founder of Kaur Legal. She has been practising law since 2015. She has completed Bachelor of Law from India. In Australia, she completed Diploma in Law from Legal Profession Admission Board and Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice. She has been admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
Tejinder is focused on serving her clients with legal expertise, a professional outlook, a personalised approach and innovative solutions all throughout her legal career. She has extensive experience in Property Law, Commercial Law, General Litigation, Dispute Resolution and Family Law. She thrives at finding coherent and personalised solutions for all her clients. Clients have described Tejinder as empathic, friendly, practical and insightful.
Outside of work, Tejinder enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Nayma Bashar Nipa
Associate
Nayma has been practising law since 2021. She has completed Bachelor of Law from UK. In Australia, she completed Diploma in Law from Legal Profession Admission Board and Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice. She has been admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of New South Wales. She has extensive experience in Property Law.
Nour Alsalemi

Nour is a Property and Commercial Lawyer specialising predominately in Property Transactions.
Nour has outstanding knowledge and extensive experience in conveyancing, buying and selling of businesses, commercial and retail leasing, option agreements, off the plan sales and purchases and property due diligence.
She takes pride in her attention to detail and efficient work practices, helping to ensure clients’ property transactions run as smoothly as possible.
Nour has acted for various types of clients from high net worth individuals to multi million dollar corporate entities and has accumulated a breadth of experience in Property Law as well as Wills and Estates Planning, Family Law and Commercial Law.
Nour is well respected by her clients and referrers and enjoys and helping them through the process with sound advice and guidance.
Aarahnan Raguragavan
Solicitor
Aarahnan is a litigation lawyer who is accepts instructions in all commercial practice areas but particularly welcomes inquiries in competition law, defendant only health litigation (AHPRA), coronial inquiries, complex insurance and professional indemnity issues.
Aarahnan holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Graduate Diploma in Commercial and Resources Law and Juris Doctor all from the University of Western Australia. He has also recently completed the requirements for his LLM in Competition Law from the University of Melbourne. Outside of the law he is heavily involved in either sporting pursuits, running and in theatre. Aarahnan is a member of the AIAL, committee member of the ABA Joint Conduct Committee and has actively assisted the Arts space in NSW and in his home state of Western Australia.
Simi Salooja
SOLICITOR
Simi Salooja has experience of practicing law in India for over 10 years. She has been admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of New South Wales since 2021. While working at Kaur Legal, Simi has gained a wealth of knowledge in Family Law. She has a strong knowledge of court procedure and has extensive experience in communicating with clients, solicitors and barristers and has represented clients in Courts.
She aspires to be a Family and Litigation Lawyer.
Dilpreet (Simran) Kaur
Paralegal
Dilpreet (Simran) Kaur is currently studying for a double degree of Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of International Studies from Macquarie University. Kaur Legal has supported her fascination with learning different areas of law in a nurturing environment. She has worked with Kaur Legal since November 2022, professionally assisting clients with inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel, and assisting Solicitors to prepare legal documents such as contracts and court books. She has built cooperative working relationships at Kaur Legal while being an active learner.
In her spare time, she likes to play basketball, travel and, spend time with family and friends.
Kritika Sharma
Paralegal
Kritika is currently studying Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) from Western Sydney University. Her fascination for law and justice made her join Kaur Legal. Her work experience includes working for Silver Fern Education Consultants as Global Ambassador for more than a year, to file immigration visas. She is a hard-working, proactive, easy person to talk to and always open to learning and growing.
In her spare time, she likes writing poems, reading, writing and meditating.
Meryl Narelle Quadros
Paralegal
Meryl is currently studying her Juris Doctor Graduate Certificate in Professional Legal Practice from University of Technology Sydney. Her interest in Family Law and her passion for learning the same made her join Kaur Legal. She has completed her Bachelor of Laws from University of Mumbai, India. She has worked with Induslaw, Mumbai, India for 4 years and has in depth knowledge in Dispute Resolution and Insolvency & Restructuring.
In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, playing football and working out at the gym.
